Check In With Yourself

This is your opportunity to check in with yourself.

I think this is something we do not do enough of, to check in with ourselves on a deep and meaningful level. Which is ironic right? As most of us check in regularly with a coach.

200th Episode

Welcome to the 200th episode! Just over 5 years ago I recorded the first episode and I could of never envisaged this is where we would be right now. I have spent this episode with the roles reversed and Holly interviewing me with all your questions.

The industry was a very different place at that time and I did not feel welcomed. We hope that this podcast as well as KOMPAK has helped flip that and that no one ever has to feel that way.
