I am 5ft 11, so the way my weight sits on my body might be different to someone who is perhaps a smaller frame.
Left photo was working with a coach who left me in a very unstable place mentally and physically. Even looking at the photos to find this check in's, all the signs were there that something wasn't right. Mood was low, exhausted etc.
Right photo was taken 12 weeks after my show in June 2017, after switching coaches just after my show. Sepetember 2017.
